2% Bonus Options
The standard 2% package started from 20 MYR and showed X3 rollover with a maximum bonus of 88 MYR. The card included Sport, Lottery, Games, P2P and Financial among its eligible categories.
A second 2% option started from 50 MYR and used Free Spin or Lucky Draw-related messaging. It also showed X3 rollover and an 88 MYR maximum bonus. Because Lucky Draw access can depend on the selected package, check the current eligibility before assuming that every 50 MYR deposit receives a spin.
1% Bonus Options
The two 1% packages followed a similar pattern: one started from 20 MYR, while the Free Spin version showed a 50 MYR minimum deposit.
There is one detail worth checking carefully. The supplied artwork and package information for the standard 1% offer do not appear fully consistent about the rollover value. Normal Package (X1)

It was also marked as not entitled to Lucky Draw and Deposit Reward. For someone who prefers a simpler rolling condition, this package may look different from offers that add promotional credit but require more turnover.
Lucky Draw
The Lucky Draw is a separate reward feature and is not automatically included with every deposit package. The screen we checked stated that a deposit of 50 gives one spin chance and showed a maximum of 10 chances.
The same screen also listed a 3x turnover requirement for prizes. Because eligibility can depend on the deposit package, it is worth checking both sets of terms before making a qualifying deposit.
Daily Check-in Rewards
A9play promotions go beyond deposit bonuses. The member account also included a Daily Check-in feature with a 28-day calendar.
Milestone rewards appeared on Days 7, 14, 21 and 28, and the terms shown on the screen included a 3x rolling condition for the reward.
A9play Leveling Program
The Leveling Program uses XP to track progress across Sport, Casino, Lottery, Games and P2P. Different levels showed different reward milestones.
Some reward cards used dollar symbols rather than MYR. We keep those labels as shown instead of converting them into another currency.
Redeem Mall and GP Rewards
The Redeem Mall displayed items that could be exchanged using GP. Products shown in the account included vouchers, branded items, electronics and other physical rewards.

Can You Change a Package After Selecting It?
The deposit notice stated that changing to another package can require the current rolling target or related credit/deposit condition to be completed first.
For that reason, it is better to check the package before confirming the deposit rather than assuming it can be switched immediately afterwards.
Large Deposit Notice
The deposit screen also showed a notice for deposits of 10,000 or more, asking users to contact customer service about a special bank account.
The notice should be checked again in the live account for the current currency, threshold and instructions.
