Choose Your UserID Carefully

Registration Password Rules
The registration screen we checked stated a minimum password length of six characters.
There is an important difference later inside the account: the Change Password screen showed a separate 8-15 character rule using letters, numbers and supported special characters.
These are two different account screens, so follow the requirement shown in the form you are currently using rather than assuming both rules are identical.
Why the Full Name Field Matters
The Full Name field was not presented like a casual display name. The wording on the form connected it with withdrawal verification.

Keep Your Login Details Private
Do not share your password, OTP or verification code with another person. Someone helping with a general registration question should not need your full password.
It is also better not to reuse the same password you already use for email, banking or other important accounts.
What Happens After Registration?
After creating an account, normal players should use the member login rather than the separate Agent Portal. The member-login screen we reviewed accepts an ID or Mobile Number together with a password.
