The A9 Agent login is separate from the normal A9play member login. In the agent interface we reviewed, the portal asked for an Agent ID and Password rather than the ID or Mobile Number fields shown on the regular player login screen.
If you already have an agent account, make sure you are opening the portal intended for agents before entering your details. A normal player account should use the member login instead.
What You Need for A9 Agent Login
The agent portal we reviewed was straightforward. Existing agents need the credentials connected with their agent account:
- Agent ID
- Agent account password
These credentials should not be confused with a normal player’s User ID, mobile number or member password.

How to Sign In to the A9 Agent Portal
- Open the current Agent Portal provided for your account.
- Check that the page is asking for an Agent ID.
- Enter the Agent ID assigned to your account.
- Enter the corresponding password.
- Review the details for typing mistakes before continuing.
- Use the portal’s current sign-in button to submit the form.
If your organisation or account contact provided a particular access route, follow its current instructions rather than using an old bookmarked login address.
If Your A9 Agent Login Is Not Working
A failed sign-in does not always mean the agent account has been disabled. Start with the basic checks:
- Confirm that you are on the Agent Portal rather than the player login.
- Check the Agent ID for typing errors.
- Make sure Caps Lock is not changing the password.
- Remove accidental spaces before or after the credentials.
- Check whether the login URL has changed.
- Use any recovery or support option currently provided for the agent account.
Avoid repeatedly guessing passwords. If access still fails, use the support route associated with the agent account.
Do not send your Agent ID password, OTP or other private login credentials to someone through an unverified Telegram account, social profile or chat message.
What Is Shown After Agent Access?
The account material we reviewed also included a Commission area with reporting and vendor information. The interface used fields such as Self, Level 1 and Level 2 for commission percentages.
Access and available features can depend on the individual account. The screenshot confirms the interface we reviewed, but it does not mean every agent account will necessarily display identical information.
Understanding Self, Level 1 and Level 2
The Commission interface contained percentage columns labelled Self, Level 1 and Level 2. These should be understood as commission-related fields within that part of the platform.
They are not:
- Game RTP
- Player winning percentages
- Sports odds
- Casino payout rates
- Guaranteed agent earnings
The percentage shown beside a provider should therefore not be used to make claims about the likelihood of winning a game.
Different Categories Can Have Different Vendor Lists
The Commission material we reviewed separated vendors across areas such as Sports, Live Casino, Games, Lottery and P2P.
That list can be broader than the normal player-facing lobby. A provider appearing in a commission table does not automatically prove that the same provider is currently available to every player.
